6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only):

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without any specific reason, provided that:

The products are returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with European Consumer Law.

 

6.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

Open, used, or damaged products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

 

6.3. How to Submit a Return Request:

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at howdy@alppouch.eu and provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (if applicable).

Upon approval, you will be sent a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping instructions. Please note that returns cannot be processed without a valid RAN.

Products must be securely packaged in their original unused, undamaged condition and sent to the return address provided by our team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6.4. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected your returned items.

Refund processing time is typically 7–10 business days after we receive the returned shipment. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

In cases of seller error, we will cover the return shipping cost, provided that the return was authorized by our customer service team.
