1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of nicotine products, certain restrictions apply to returns:
- Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be accepted due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. Return Period
You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
3. Return Process and Authorization
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team via contact page with your order number and reason for the return to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Once your return request has been approved, securely package the item(s) in their original condition, including any accessories or promotional materials included with your order.
- Clearly mark the package with your RAN and ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our team.
- Please note: The package must be shipped with a trackable service. We are not responsible for any lost return shipments.
4. Refunds for Returns
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In cases where products are returned due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), your return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is for any other reason than an error on our part (e.g., you changed your mind or purchased the wrong item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will not be refunded.
If the error is on our part, we will arrange and cover the return shipping.
6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the return process specified above after receiving the item.
7. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for products that are returned in damaged or incomplete condition (e.g., missing packaging or accessories) due to the customer’s error.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Perishable goods or products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
9. Refunds for Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return or refund is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect product shipped or a defective item).
10. Exceptions
Please note that local laws and regulations may tax or restrict the return of nicotine-related products. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify whether returns are allowed under the regulations of their jurisdiction. If returns are prohibited in your country or region, refunds may be unavailable.
